I got here to get my watch batteries replaced. It costs like $20 at various places at Meadowood Mall, but they charge $10 here and donate it. Great service

Pretty good service. Bought a seventy dollar necklace almost two years ago, only just broke, came in and it was only sixteen dollars to get a pretty simple fix done.

I’ve never bought any jewelry from this store. I brought two necklaces in to have them repaired. They did a better job than the last place I took them to get repaired, they were ready for pick up & on time like they said it would be.

Folks this business is the only business out of 12 business in this community that wood step up and help donate bikes to a program called crossroads in our community folks I want the community to know this business donated 47 bikes to help the homeless better theirselves in our community at a program called crossroads I wanted to thank the owner and his family the owners of this business are awesome people God bless them

This is my favorite little jewelry store. I stumbled upon this place by accident, and it is now the only jeweler that I buy from. They have significantly lower costs for the same quality diamonds. It is also one of the only places that still knows how to treat a customer in today's crazy world.

We absolutely love prescision Diamonds, they are great for new purchases, repairs, and creation of our specialty pieces.Not only did they get our last ring done fast, but it was completed in record time just before a holiday so my beautiful wife could wear it out!The setting was built to be literally indestructible.They even offered a free appraisal for my insurance company & took care of all the photos & details on that as well.Best family owned jewelry store in Reno!!

Walked in there and asked to have my wife’s old engagement ring cut off because she could no longer get it off. The folks there treated us like family and had it off in minutes. No charge! Great people and great store!

PRECISION DIAMONDS is the only jewelry store I go to buy my jewelry. They keep all my jewelry in tip top shape. They do all repairs & adjustments in house, they don't send things out to possibly get lost in the mail...Everyone that works there is very honest, friendly and knowledgeable about jewelry, stones & precious metals..It's a MUST STOP for anything you could possibly want to buy at a jewelry store cause they have a huge selection and their quality is OUTSTANDING on everything in the store. Very unique jewelry also..This is a store that you can TRUST...Precision Diamonds is the only jewelry store I will shop at. You gotta check them out, it'll be worth it for you to stop in. 😁

What a great experience! Everyone here is wonderful and accommodating!! They want to see you happy!! They have the highest quality at the best price for sure. The staff was always happy and helpful! I lost an earring, and decided to take the other one in to be made into a necklace charm. They helped me make the best choice for an option of reset vs just solder a loop on. They had a selection of chains and it's a perfect length for every day. They even told me they'd give me a couple bucks off for the 10k leverback they took the stone off of. Really nice people with super fast turn around.

These guys were awesome. Super friendly and good-natured, and were able to fix a watch band for me while I waited and a necklace chain while I went to lunch. Charged me a pittance and chatted with me while I waited. They'll take good care of you; you won't regret going here.

This place is awesome. They made the buying experience of an engagement ring such a pleasure. They worked with my budget, remembered my name, gave me the best price they could. The engagement ring they put together for my fiance is the most beautiful I have ever seen. They know how to make a lifetime customer. I won't shop anywhere else for jewelry going forward, they earned that.I was so curious of who gave them one star, to find it was a rediculous person complaining about their friendly dog that never even comes into the show room -_-

My husband and I have been dealing with Precision Diamonds since they were in Parklane Mall. Victor and Moises are very professional and so are the rest of the staff. We have never had any issues. They have even done special orders for us. When our daughter in laws wedding set was stolen they were able to give an appraisal for the insurance so they could submit a claim. Precision Diamonds was even willing to recreate the ring. Our son had bought the diamond in Iraq in deployment. This event was heart breaking and they were there for us. Very compassionate people.

I needed a new watchband and was treated really well even though this is an inexpensive item. The person who waited on me, Bill, was extremely helpful and spent extra time getting the buckle changed from the one that came with the band to the original one for the watch. Even though it took him quite a while to do this as it is very finicky work he did not charge me. I would highly recommend this place.

Our family has been going to see Victor and his family for nearly a quarter century, since back in the days when he had a kiosk in Park Lane Mall. I refer everyone to them. After visiting several local jewelers,on a simple repair job,and the shocking amounts they wanted ,I visited Precesion Diamonds. Great and quick service! I dropped in on Dec.23 to get the prongs fixed and the ring cleaned. I asked for a box, which was given for free with the tip for the jeweler. There was no base fee, and recommended tip was much less than the lowest amount I'd expected to pay. Even if it's not the holidays, should you have a similar experience, I implore you to overtip as well.

Victor and his team are by far the best in town. I have done my fair share of jewelry buying at places like Helzberg and Zales and I must say, you are selling yourself short in more ways than one by shopping at stores like those. After buying several items from Zales I went for a Valentine's gift (a new ring) and the lady told me I would have to pay to have my new ring sized. A brand new ring that didn't fit - seriously?! That was my final straw. My husband was done with their quality and their customer service. Being a business owner ourselves I know first hand that customer service SHOULD be #1. For my birthday recently not only did I get an amazing surprise with my gift but I got the most beautiful sapphire on the market (surrounded by so many diamonds I cannot count them all without trying!) but I didn't pay for sizing and I didn't try to get sold on some warranty by the sales people. You want down to earth, quality customer service and amazing products all in one stop? Go see Victor and his crew at Precision Diamonds. You won't be sorry.
