PRECISION DIAMONDS is the only jewelry store I go to buy my jewelry. They keep all my jewelry in tip top shape. They do all repairs & adjustments in house, they don't send things out to possibly get lost in the mail...Everyone that works there is very honest, friendly and knowledgeable about jewelry, stones & precious metals..It's a MUST STOP for anything you could possibly want to buy at a jewelry store cause they have a huge selection and their quality is OUTSTANDING on everything in the store. The staff was always happy and helpful! I lost an earring, and decided to take the other one in to be made into a necklace charm. They helped me make the best choice for an option of reset vs just solder a loop on. They had a selection of chains and it's a perfect length for every day. They even told me they'd give me a couple bucks off for the 10k leverback they took the stone off of. Really nice people with super fast turn around.

My husband and I have been dealing with Precision Diamonds since they were in Parklane Mall. Victor and Moises are very professional and so are the rest of the staff. We have never had any issues. They have even done special orders for us. When our daughter in laws wedding set was stolen they were able to give an appraisal for the insurance so they could submit a claim. Precision Diamonds was even willing to recreate the ring. Our son had bought the diamond in Iraq in deployment. This event was heart breaking and they were there for us. Very compassionate people.

I needed a new watchband and was treated really well even though this is an inexpensive item. The person who waited on me, Bill, was extremely helpful and spent extra time getting the buckle changed from the one that came with the band to the original one for the watch. Even though it took him quite a while to do this as it is very finicky work he did not charge me. I would highly recommend this place.

Great and quick service! I dropped in on Dec.23 to get the prongs fixed and the ring cleaned. I asked for a box, which was given for free with the tip for the jeweler. There was no base fee, and recommended tip was much less than the lowest amount I'd expected to pay. Even if it's not the holidays, should you have a similar experience, I implore you to overtip as well.

Victor and his team are by far the best in town. I have done my fair share of jewelry buying at places like Helzberg and Zales and I must say, you are selling yourself short in more ways than one by shopping at stores like those. After buying several items from Zales I went for a Valentine's gift (a new ring) and the lady told me I would have to pay to have my new ring sized. A brand new ring that didn't fit - seriously?! That was my final straw. My husband was done with their quality and their customer service. Being a business owner ourselves I know first hand that customer service SHOULD be #1. For my birthday recently not only did I get an amazing surprise with my gift but I got the most beautiful sapphire on the market (surrounded by so many diamonds I cannot count them all without trying!) but I didn't pay for sizing and I didn't try to get sold on some warranty by the sales people.
